Abe’s chief preoccupation this season is the play of pillowy volumes. Garments, from jackets to shirts, boast arching seams that create a unique circular silhouette, revealing flashes of skin. Undulating hems and generous rear volumes redefine conventional shapes. Notice the watteau backs on pieces like the trench and shirtdress, adding an unexpected twist.

Despite the abundance of material, the collection maintains a rebellious edge. Slashes cleverly replace pockets, becoming a recurring motif that challenges convention. The final look, a long dress with pinstripes and black silk, harkens back to the Belle Époque era with its proportions.
